CDC organized an interactive session on “How to Prepare for Campus Placements” on 08 February 2026 for B.Tech first- and second-year students.
The session was delivered by Vinod Aravindhakshan, an experienced HR professional and former Senior HR Business Partner (USA), who has also been associated with Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
He provided insights into the Indian job market, recruiter expectations, and the importance of skill development. Students were guided on company identification, resume preparation, interview readiness, and effective skill mapping using job descriptions.
Students were also encouraged to explore his detailed course offered through NPTEL for deeper learning on placement preparation.
The session was highly engaging and beneficial for students beginning their placement journey.
